Mein Film Deprem/Earthquake wird projiziert. Nach dem letzten Bild von Deprem/Earthquake schaltet sich die Projektion aus. Völlig unerwartet schalten sich drei Deckenstrahler an der Decke an. Nun werden Details des Ausstellungsraums sichtbar: Zum Beispiel die beschädigte Decke, weißes Klebeband und Überflutungssandsäcke. Nach 24 Sekunden geht das Licht flackernd wieder aus. Die Filmprojektion beginnt erneut.
Der Film zeigt Bilder von Istanbul 1999 direkt nach dem Erdbeben. Der Ton ist aus dem Material einer CNN Sendung geschnitten.

My film Deprem/Earthquake is shown. After the last frame of Deprem/Earthquake the projection is turned off. Completely unexpectedly three floodlights on the ceiling switch on. Details of the exhibition space become visible now: The damaged ceiling, white tape, and some sandbags against rising floodwater, for example. After 24 seconds the floodlights extinguish while still flickering. The film projection starts again.
The film shows stills of Istanbul 1999 right after the earthquake. The audio part is based on a CNN feature.
